From July 1 - July 15, 2010,  for the city of Mississauga there were 105 detached houses had been sold.The following is the statistic data for those 105 houses I am download from my MLS system.

List price: important figure so you have idea how much averagely sellers want in today's market

Sold price: the most important number shows how much averagely buyers would pay in today's market

Days on the maket: if you know this then you should know your plan because the short days on the market for a house, the short time for you to find your dearm house, so plan ahead before price go up! The smaller number indicates the shorter time to sell the property, if you are the owner, you should sell when this number is small.
